Perry Pumas at Antigua Invite Brady Hatten 7th place
The Pumas open the 2015 season next week with a match at Lone Tree Golf Club against the defending state champion Hamilton Huskies and Dobson Mustangs!  During the tryouts the Pumas played stellar golf with experienced players who return for their 3rd and 4th year with the Pumas, as well as some eye opening freshman who look to compete for playing time this year.  Seniors Brad Pottle and Brady Hatten look to anchor the Pumas in the one and two spot  this year, while juniors Grant Froman and Mike Finnegan look to add some depth leading the team.  The 4-8 spot are really up in the air at this time but freshman Caden Christopherson and Ryan Macpherson, senior Jacob Aboud and Chase Crowder are hoping to get into the lineup.  Anthony Woodman also looks to get into the lineup this year and make an impact.
The Pumas are looking to rebound from a down year last year that was filled with injury and compete at the highest level of Division I.  After the Hamilton match the Pumas will then head directly into the Fall Preview on Friday and Saturday next week to showcase their talents in a tournament format.     The players are committed to bringing home some hardware this year to the Perry campus!
