  • Santan Is An A+ School!

We are proud to announce that Santan JHS has been named an A+ School of Excellence by the Arizona Educational Foundation. The A+ School of Excellence program recognizes schools "for their superior ability to identify and meet the academic and non-academic needs of their student population." This is a tremendous honor that reflects all of the hard work done by students, teachers, parents, staff, and administrators to make Santan such an outstanding school. Congratulations to every member of our Santan community for this achievement!

  • Medication Reminders

All medications must be brought in by the parents directly to a school official. Acetaminophen (non-aspirin) is stocked by the health office. All medications must be in the original containers with all warnings and directions intact. No medication in envelopes, foil or baggies will be administered. Medications will not be sent home with a student. In order to minimize the possibility of an accidental drug overdose, non-prescription medications will not be dispensed during the first and last hours of the school day. If a child participates in after school sports or other after school activity, the parent will be called before administering the medication. For more information, visit our Health Office web page.
