The students worked in pairs, each with 200 toothpicks and 200 marshmallows. Students recognized for the award had to have a 4.0 or higher rolling cumulative GPA at the end of the 1st semester of this school year. There were a total of 1,091 students, around 27% of the entire student body at HHS, who received the award: 305 Freshmen, 323 Sophomores, 269 Juniors, and 194 Seniors. African dance was performed by the 'Vibe Club' for Africa Day. The Hamilton Chamber Choir performed 'Juego aque me quemo' and 'Sfogava con le Stelle' for Europe Day. Korean Pop Culture Club presented a great musical selection for Asia Day. Tahitian and Hawaiian dance were performed by Jasmine Zaporteza.
