After students read an AR book, they may take a test on the computer to see how well they comprehend the content of the book. Points are given depending on their test score. The students get excited about accumulating points, and seeing their results immediately.

An incentive program has been implemented where students are rewarded with a dog tag for each level that they complete. The more books that they read and take tests on, the more dog tags they will be able to collect. Students are allowed to wear their tags to school on Fridays.
