Welcome To Arizona College Prep - Oakland Campus
Our enrollment procedures for new students have changed a bit, due to our merger with Hamilton Preparatory Academy’s program now Arizona College Prep - Erie Campus. Our two programs have united into The Arizona College Preparatory (ACP) a 6 -12 Preparatory Academy with a rigorous college prep curriculum. Arizona College Prep will be one program with two campuses.
Due to this merger, all students submitting applications at either the Oakland or Erie campus will be combined for placement testing and interview assignments. For Seventh and Eigth grade students, final acceptance letters will note an assignment to either the ACP-Oakland or ACP-Erie campus. Please note that 6th grade is only offered at the Oakland Campus and 9th - 12th is only offered at the Erie Campus. All new students must complete this process.
To be considered for Priority Registration:
You and your student will need to complete an application (available below) and submit it to ACP prior to scheduling the placement testing.

Completed applications received prior to January 18th, 2013 will be part of priority registration
Your student will take both a math placement and a reading placement test of approximately 2 hour duration each.

Testing for Priority Registration is scheduled for:
Saturday, January 26th, 2013 7:45 am Check in, 8:00 am Start
Your student will be scheduled for an interview with an ACP staff member after completing the placement testing. Each student must attend the interview with a parent and interviews last approximately 20 minutes. Dress for the interview is School Uniform (Weekday Dress) or business casual.
Interviews for Priority Registration are being scheduled for:
Saturday, February 9th, 2013 at the ACP Erie Campus
Interviews will be scheduled sometime between the hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Following successful completion of the placement tests and interviews, your student will receive a letter regarding acceptance into our program. Successful applicants will be provided an enrollment package which they will need to complete and return to our office by the specified date in order to hold there spot at ACP.
