Before participation in any athletic activity, the Chandler Unified School District Athletic Eligibility Packet must be completed. Please follow the Eligibility Clearance Checklist to ensure that
all paperwork is completed successfully. Once all paperwork is complete, please hand in to
the ACP-Erie Athletic Office.
