My name is Lisa Brown and I am excited to start my eighteenth year at Hull Elementary and my fourteenth year in the Chandler Unified School District!   I started my career on the Tohono O’odham Reservation teaching Title 1 Reading.  After that wonderful experience, I moved into the greater Phoenix area, working in Maryvale as a special education teacher.  Finally arriving in CUSD, I taught special education at Shumway Elementary and moved into the counseling position there before coming to Hull Elementary.

I grew up in southern Indiana along the Ohio River.  I graduated from Indiana University Southeast in New Albany, Indiana with a degree in special education.  While student teaching on the O’odham Reservation, I fell in love with Arizona and decided to stay! I am still a Hoosier at heart though!  I later received my counseling degree from Northern Arizona University and University of Phoenix.
