Wells
It's my pleasure to welcome you to Ryan Elementary School.  This is my eleventh year as a principal in CUSD and my sixteenth as an administrator. It's hard to believe that I'm beginning my 30th year in education! 

I grew up in Poughkeepsie, New York where I attended both high school and junior college. In 1978 I moved to Arizona and completed my B.A. degree in Secondary Education and Spanish at A.S.U. After several years of teaching at the middle and high school levels, I completed my M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Supervision at A.S.U. I taught Spanish at Coronado High School for 14 years, and was an administrator in Scottsdale for 5 years.

My husband Scott and I have twins, Jacob and Jordan, who are beginning their junior year at Arizona State University.  We have a puppy named Blakey who keeps us on our toes! In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym with my family and reading for pleasure. 
 
I love my job at Ryan Elementary because I work with an outstanding staff, supportive parents, and wonderful children!
