My name is Justin Sremba and I am excited to be the  Dean of Students at Santan Elementary.  Previously, I have helped open Ryan Elementary as a fourth grade teacher, and last year as the Dean.  I am looking forward to having the ability to impact the students at Santan Elementary and being part of this wonderful community.

I grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and attended college at Western Michigan University, where I received my B.A. degree in elementary education with minors in math, science and English.  After college, I traded the snow for sun and began my teaching career.  After teaching in both middle school and elementary school, I completed my M.Ed in Educational Leadership at NAU. 

In my free time, I love spending time with my wife Siressa and our son, Ryder.  I play in softball and basketball leagues and enjoy playing a variety of sports as well as spending time at the gym.  I also enjoy visiting a new baseball stadium each year and cheering for all the Detroit teams.
