Enrollment in Chandler Online Academy as a Full-Time, Part-Time, Summer or Concurrent student can be completed online by following the steps listed below.
Summer School
Online summer classes are open for enrollment! There are 2 Summer Sessions: Session 1 goes from June 3rd - June 21st and Session 2 goes from June 24th - July 12th. Students can take up to 2 classes each session. Each .5 credit class costs $180.00.
CUSD students will need the code from their counselor. Non-CUSD students contact our office to provide transcripts for classes requiring prerequisite coursework and to obtain the code to complete enrollment.

COA Summer Full-Time StudentsEnrollment for the 2012/2013 School Year is closed. Enrollment for the 2013/2014 School Year is now open. Students enrolling as Full-Time students with Chandler Online Academy for the 2013/2014 school year will begin their online classes on July 22, 2013. Complete the enrollment form below and look for your enrollment confirmation email. Orientations for the new school year will be scheduled the week of July 15th. After enrolling, watch for emails with important information about the 2013/2014 School Year and Orientation Days/Times. Steps to enroll as a Full-Time Student with COA:
- Carefully review the enrollment information and Attendance & Progress Requirements for the Full-Time Program.
- Download the Full-Time Enrollment Check-sheet ***Students transferring from a CUSD school DO NOT need to provide all documentation listed: CUSD Students must provide the Withdrawal Documents received when leaving the previous CUSD school.
- Complete the enrollment application for the Full-Time Program by clicking the link below.
- Submit all required documents: Fax 480-224-9178 or Scan and Email: neil.erin@cusd80.com (additional contact information and address are listed at the bottom of this page).
- Receive the enrollment confirmation email with the day/time you can expect the Welcome Orientation conference call.
- Be prepared to receive the Welcome Orientation conference call. Both the student and the parent/guardian must participate in the Orientation Conference Call before enrollment is complete.

ENROLL NOW FULL-TIME
Part-Time StudentsPart-time enrollment for the 2012-2013 School Year is now closed. Enrollment will re-open on July 15, 2013 for the 2013/2014 school year. CUSD students will need the code from their counselor to complete enrollment. Students enrolling in an online class with Chandler Online Academy in addition to a full schedule of courses they are already taking at another school, complete the Part-Time enrollment form. Steps to enroll as a Part-Time student with Chandler Online Academy:
Meet with a guidance counselor at your home school to decide which Chandler Online Academy online course/s you will enroll in. ***CUSD students will need the approval code from your counselor in order to enroll.
- Complete the enrollment application for part-time enrollment by clicking the link below. After you complete the enrollment form, you will be re-directed to the payment portal. Be prepared to make payment upon completion of the form. ***Part-time students taking a course with a prerequisite requirement must provide transcripts in order to complete enrollment.
- Receive the enrollment confirmation email immediately upon completion of the enrollment application.
- Receive the Welcome Email. The Welcome Email will have the link and username and password you will use to log in to your e-Learning Classroom. The day you receive this email is the official first day of your 9-week course session.
- Log in and start learning!
Concurrent Students Concurrent enrollment for the 2012-2013 School Year is closed. Enrollment for the 2013/2014 School Year is now open. Junior high and high school students enrolled in less than a full schedule of courses (less than 6 classes) at another school, may enroll in Chandler Online Academy as concurrent students. To enroll as a concurrent student with COA, students are required to provide the name of the school counselor/administrator who has approved the concurrent enrollment. COA will verify concurrent enrollment approval with the home school before concurrent enrollment will be complete. CUSD and non-CUSD students must obtain approval from their primary school administration to enroll as a Concurrent student with Chandler Online Academy. Students are required to provide the name and contact information for the counselor or school administrator who has approved the concurrent enrollment in order to complete the enrollment form.
