Kindergarten Registration
 

Carlson Elementary will be accepting kindergarten registration for the 2013-2014 school year starting on Monday, February 4th, 2013.
 
Kindergarten registration will take place at Carlson Elementary, located at 5400 South White Drive in Chandler.  Please ensure that you bring the following documentation when registering:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residency (cable or utility bill)
  • Immunization Records (current shot records)
  • Emergency Contact Numbers
