     My background includes a two year degree in math and science, a bachelor's in liberal arts, and a master's in education. Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate in general psychology with an emphasis in instruction. 
     I also serve in the National Guard as an aviation officer/pilot with an assignment helping soldiers with their educations.
     The greatest reward for me, as a teacher, is to see the success of the  students I work with.  I strive to have a positive impact in the classroom and work to instill a little perseverence, dedication, & integrity along the way. 
     I am dedicated to my wonderful wife and family.  With our four boys and three girls, we enjoy swimming, hiking, gardening, a nice meal after church, and off season Disneyland.
