Health Office
Nurse service’s are provided for emergency care and as a resource for students and their families. Any medications must be administered in the health office. A prescription medication form can be obtained from the nurse and must be completed by both parent and physician; parent's written permission must be given on the emergency card for Tylenol to be given. Please see medication policy for additional information. Any student needing to be excused during the school day due to illness must first come to the health office where parents will be called.
